Exchange, Returns and Refund Policy

Our commitment is to your complete satisfaction. If your product has a manufacturing defect or does not match your order, we guarantee your right to an exchange or return under the terms below:

1. Timeframe for Exchange or Return

Dissatisfaction with the product: Customers have up to 14 calendar days after delivery to request a return.

Defective product: The period to request an exchange due to a manufacturing defect is 30 (thirty) calendar days after delivery.

The first step for an exchange or return is to contact our Customer Service Centre by email: support@brialle.com.

2. Conditions for Exchange and Return

The product must show no signs of use and must be returned in its original packaging.

After receiving the item and confirming its condition, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 (five) working days.

Our team will guide you through the entire return process.

3. Options in Case of Return

Exchange for another product available in stock.

Receive a refund of the amount paid for the product (shipping costs will not be refunded if the product was shipped correctly and in perfect condition).

4. Warranty

All Brialle products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.

To claim the warranty, the customer must send a video of up to 1 minute demonstrating the defect and the product packaging, or provide clear photos of the defect with the packaging visible.

5. Important – Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Aesthetic damage caused after purchase.

Damage due to attempted repair or modification.

Improper use of accessories.

Extreme resistance testing.
